At Revolut, we do Ops differently. Our hyper-talented Operations experts don’t just keep things ticking over; they're given the most complex, hard-to-solve problems in the business. Then they create elegant, scalable solutions that keep pace with our ambitious growth plans. We’re looking for a Production Operations Manager to manage teams of up to 100 agents. This role requires a leader who can collaborate with Product teams to improve our award-winning fintech. Balancing effective team management with a continuous drive for operational efficiencies is essential.

Job Requirements

You need at least a 2:1 degree from a top university and 0-10 years of experience in engineering. Experience managing large teams is crucial, alongside leadership skills that foster a creative and motivational environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced setting. A problem-solving mindset and a data-driven approach to identifying operational inefficiencies will set you apart. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a nice-to-have, as are certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
