Each one of our features started here in the hands of our creative and innovative Product team members and all our future ones will too 🚀This team’s scope is wide leading on the integration of engineering data science operations and design to continue changing the way the world does money. We’re looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over the roadmap of their product including day-to-day operations project execution and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your product. Job Requirements

We require 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas acquiring payments cryptocurrency insurance etc. Demonstrated success leading consumer-facing mobile products for at least 2 years is essential along with a minimum of 1 year managing personnel particularly Product Owners who directly manage Engineering Operations and Design. Outstanding written and oral communication skills are crucial alongside a keen eye for excellent UX/UI and a solid understanding of design best practices. You need high analytical acumen together with strong business sense guiding ROI-based prioritization and a proven ability to formulate and drive a focused product vision while owning the narrative with leadership customers and partners. A bias towards action in bootstrapping major projects is expected along with a history of leading product development and launch from scratch. Finally a readiness to provide insights and deliver measurable results in ambiguous fast-paced environments is needed.
