Job Requirements

At least a 2:1 degree from a top university and 5+ years of work experience in engineering are essential. You should have experience in a structured KPI-focussed environment along with hyper-logical thinking and outstanding attention to details. A natural curiosity and will to make an impact are necessary alongside demonstrated success in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore a solid understanding of scalable process design automation technologies and standardisation will be beneficial. You must have the ability to take a data-driven approach to identify root causes measure performance and drive process improvements.
