Job Description

The credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from the start to the end. They develop the back-end, data science infrastructure, and then create a local setup in each country with easy-to-use risk management and portfolio management solutions. It's a big old job, but our people are a credit to us all. Not everything in fintech can be automated. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Mortgage Administrator who can help our customers with their mortgages. You'll be an expert in operational processes, and follow Revolut's procedures. Job Requirements

Experience in mortgage administration, credit operations, or a related role. Understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Customer communication experience. High level of maths and attention to detail when looking at documentation. The ability to work within given deadlines/SLAs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
