Job Description

The Legal Department sits at the core of Revolut and plays a crucial role in the company's success. This team provides pivotal guidance across all sectors, influencing decisions that drive Revolut's growth every day. As a Legal Counsel in the expanding Wealth & Trading team, you will support our MiFID II investment firm, engaging in a diverse array of projects from launching new products to entering new markets. Your main focus will be on strategically minimizing regulatory risks for the business while managing contentious regulatory issues and internal inquiries. You will be providing ongoing legal support to key stakeholders, thus acting as a strategic business partner.

Job Requirements

Candidates should hold a master's degree in law and possess over three years of significant experience in wealth management and trading within the investment services or financial markets sector. Experience as a lawyer at a prominent law firm is essential, along with a deep understanding of MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, PRIIPS, and UCITS. An excellent business-oriented mindset to resolve legal challenges, alongside the ability to work independently in unclear scenarios, is expected. Additionally, candidates should possess a genuine enthusiasm for financial markets, experience in securities and asset management, and fluency in English, complemented by impressive academic and professional credentials.
