The Legal Department sits at the heart of Revolut and is a vital part of the business. Members of the team offer front-line guidance and support to all areas, influencing decisions that impact growth. We seek a Legal Counsel for the Regulatory Response & Investigations team. This small but growing team provides specialist direction on contentious regulatory issues and internal investigations across the Revolut Group. Your main focus will be strategically mitigating regulatory risks to the business, managing a diverse portfolio of contentious matters while providing pragmatic legal advice to key stakeholders. Job Requirements

A successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and over 3 years of experience as a private-practice lawyer in a top law firm specializing in financial services. Familiarity with regulatory investigations and enforcement is expected, alongside exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills. You should be confident in decision-making amid ambiguity and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships across the business. Proficiency in English is a must, and candidates who can work independently and as part of cross-functional teams will thrive. Candidates with in-house experience or proficiency in another European language would be advantageous.
