Job Description

The Legal Department sits at the heart of Revolut and is a critical part of the business. The Senior Legal Counsel position involves providing front-line guidance and support across the company for important decisions influencing growth. This role involves working within a specialized team focused on private banking, primarily relating to investment services while also advising on broader private banking services. You will engage in unique commercial tasks typically reserved for external roles, including launching new services and expanding operations globally.

Job Requirements

To qualify, you should have over 4 years of experience in wealth and trading, particularly in investment services, financial markets, or asset management. Additionally, 6+ years as a lawyer in a top firm is required along with expertise on MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, PRIIPS, and UCITS. A business-oriented mindset is essential alongside strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in finance. The ability to analyze complex issues, execute projects independently, and communicate effectively is crucial. Excellent academic credentials are also preferred.
