Job Description

Our Customer Support team is the public face of the company and provides first-class front-line support to our millions of customers. We're also internal customer champions, working with product teams to ensure customers stay at the forefront of everything Revolut does. We’re looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to ensure Revolut is listening to customers and improving products and services based on what we hear. Job Requirements

4+ years of experience working in tech consultancy or other fast-paced B2C company is required. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer experience project management marketing and/or communications. You should possess experience influencing other teams to implement your plans and demonstrate fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great self-organisation and the ability to maintain tight deadlines are essential along with a bachelor’s degree. Nice to have is fluency in Ukrainian.
