The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world. We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll support and advise our product general managers and department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. This role is very hands-on and involves providing compliance domain expertise to address compliance problem statements and acting as the effective stakeholder between first and second line compliance teams. You will also steer retail products through the complex regulatory landscape, ensuring that every product launch is smooth and compliant while identifying potential compliance risks and creating innovative strategies to address them.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess a STEM or highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university and have a solid track record of outstanding achievements across various fields. Experience is required from a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or a fast-growing technology company, along with an excellent understanding of compliance and business risk interactions. The ideal applicant must demonstrate adaptability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, possess the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure, and meet tight deadlines, ensuring effective project and stakeholder management throughout the compliance process.
