As a Junior Customer Success Specialist you will engage directly with our B2B clients ensuring their experience is outstanding. Your role includes responding to inquiries swiftly proactively supporting customers throughout their journey and collaborating with the technical team to resolve issues. You will gather critical information for our internal databases maintain high customer satisfaction levels and adapt to various customer needs. This role demands strong communication skills in English empathy for client challenges and a tech-savvy mindset to handle our advanced solutions. Working the night shift from 01:00 to 09:00 EEST you will directly contribute to our clients’ success and work within a supportive team fostering your professional growth through resources and opportunities.
