Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager during the night shift you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive experiences for Webshare's customers by being one of their first points of contact. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customer inquiries assisting in bug identification and reporting tracking customer reviews and providing valuable feedback to the Product Team. You will actively contribute to improving customer experience by suggesting FAQ enhancements and optimizing workflows. Working closely with product and engineering teams will give you the opportunity to impact the company's success directly while fostering your own professional development through various resources and a supportive environment. The role requires fluency in English a background in customer support empathy and the ability to adapt and handle challenging situations. With fixed working hours from 01:00 AM to 10:00 AM and a variable schedule that may include weekends this position offers opportunities in a fast-growing tech startup.
