Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager during the evening shift you will be the first point of contact for both existing and potential customers addressing their inquiries and feedback. Your mission includes identifying and reporting bugs collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams and enhancing customer experience through suggestions for FAQs and workflow automation. You will actively engage in our fast-growing tech startup environment contributing to customer satisfaction and product excellence. We provide comprehensive support for your career growth with access to resources for professional development and mental well-being. Working hours are from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM with a rotating schedule that may include weekends.
