Job Description

As an Account Manager at Oxy you will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our business customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining strong communication with clients to maximize the value of their business from our services while enabling a smooth product adoption process. You will negotiate agreements renewals manage your opportunity pipeline and push for improvements in team processes. We are looking for someone with proven customer engagement experience effective problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset who can deftly handle B2B accounts. Fluency in written and verbal English is essential and familiarity with sales tools is a plus. In turn you will have the opportunity to engage with top-tier clients and access vast learning resources to fuel your career growth within a collaborative atmosphere. Your responsibilities will also encompass identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities as well as partaking in strategic account management activities contributing directly to our revenue growth initiatives.
