Job Description

We-are-seeking-a-Lead-2D-Artist-for-our-Vilnius-office-who-has-an-interest-in-casual-games-and-a-desire-to-grow-and-develop-within-a-team-of-professionals. The-successful-candidate-will-establish-maintain-and-develop-a-clear-artistic-vision-for-the-game’s-2D-visual-elements-while-creating-and-implementing-all-visual-aspects-including-art-style-characters-and-environments. This-role-requires-leading-motivating-and-mentoring-the-art-team-of-assigned-projects-assigning-tasks-and-strategically-planning-work-and-feedback. Furthermore-the-Lead-2D-Artist-will-manage-art-content-including-planning-production-and-delivery-ensure-quality-control-through-art-content-review-and-update-pipelines-and-guides-and-cooperate-with-the-whole-Project-Team. Candidates-should-have-over-3-years-of-experience-in-Game-Dev-with-2-plus-years-in-leadership-roles-and-team-management-experience. A-deep-understanding-of-graphic-development-for-2D-mobile-games-and-mastery-of-graphic-tools-is-essential. A-high-quality-game-art-portfolio-and-excellent-English-knowledge-are-required. Salary-starts-from-4000-EUR-per-month-gross.
