Job Description

We seek an individual who is passionate about finance and possesses comfort in the technology sector. The role involves engaging in diverse financial advice and analytical tasks while overseeing multiple companies from a financial and tax perspective. Responsibilities include establishing effective procedures and controls for financial reporting and participating in monthly and yearly account closure processes. The ideal candidate will analyze budget deviations and provide insightful recommendations while actively participating in cost control initiatives. Additionally they will be responsible for developing business plans and forecasts and preparing comprehensive financial statements and management reports. A university degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field is required alongside at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates should have knowledge of the Business Accounting Standards of Lithuania and proficient skills in data gathering analysis and visualization. Experience with tools like Navision and PowerBI is advantageous as is fluency in Lithuanian and English with additional knowledge of Russian or Polish being beneficial. The position offers a competitive salary starting from 3000 EUR per month based on experience and competence.
