Job Description

Be responsible for the full cycle recruitment in IT teams; Conduct HR (competency-based) interviews - identify candidates cultural and professional fit for the position; Collaborate and support hiring managers in all things related to recruitment cycle; Be an expert of company products and have a deep understanding about hiring needs position specifications and search requirements; Be adept at analyzing and working with recruitment data; Proactively investigate new ideas to create innovative recruitment strategies; Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of successful recruiting experience in IT; Experience working with recruitment tools and social platforms ; Solid understanding of recruitment metrics; Analytical skills (ability to analyze identify and track performance); Highly organized and tech-savvy personality; Positive and can-do attitude; Eagerness to try new things and think outside-the-box; Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment; Clear and effective communication; Data driven approach; Fluency in English.
