Role:

Job Description

Gathering business and system requirements translating them into functional specifications process flows entity diagrams and necessary visual artifacts; Contributing to product backlog refinement activities by creating actionable user stories and tasks based on business needs and technical feasibility; Working closely with Engineering Product and Subject Matter Experts to communicate and clarify requirements ensuring their fulfillment; Ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and the project team regarding system functionality issues and execution; Performing system analysis including technical feasibility assessments interface analysis and as-is" analysis.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of analytical work experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies; Experience in requirements elicitation analysis and documentation. Ability to apply various techniques gather information from multiple sources and prepare deliverables; Ability to identify dependencies and impacts of system enhancements. Experience in conducting research and providing recommendations for potential solutions; Knowledge of business process modeling prototyping and UML notation; Experience with Atlassian tools including Confluence and Jira; Understanding of relational databases and REST APIs with familiarity in XML formats; Solid presentation and consulting skills with the ability to guide stakeholders through requirements and implementation; Fluency in English both oral and written; Accuracy and attention to detail; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills."
