Role:

Job Description

Define customer segments and buyer personas through the gathering and analysis of customer feedback. Serve as the Voice of the Customer identifying product challenges and proposing solutions in collaboration with other teams. Utilize data-driven insights to explore new use cases and influence product g rowth. Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicate our unique value propositions to customers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product marketing plans are aligned with overarching business objectives. Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to ensure offerings remain ahead of the curve and stand out in the industry. Influence product roadmaps by providing market insights customer feedback and competitive intelligence to the product management team. Equip the go-to-market team with high-quality enablement materials such as presentations demos and case studies. Ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively communicate Nord Security value to customers. Collaborate with Content and Growth Marketing teams to produce thought leadership content including whitepapers blogs and webinars. Drive content strategy to educate the market and enhance brand awareness across various channels.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in the marketing or marketing project management field. Experience working in or with different marketing teams. Strong understanding of marketing principles and various communication channels. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill technical information into accessible content. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and managing complex projects. Proficiency in documentation and project management tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
