Job Description

Be responsible for inbound client inquiries; Achieve or exceed sales goals while interacting with new clients via online calls selling the company’s products and services; Set up meetings understand prospect needs present products and ways of working; Manage and grow partnerships with existing partners; Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce (CRM); Work with internal teams to optimize lead generation and conversion; Ensure a seamless experience for clients during product on-boarding and launch; Track analyze and communicate key metrics and business results that improve performance; Proactively identify team process improvements; Work with an innovative product that changes the industry.

Job Requirements

1+ years of experience in Sales; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Lithuanian; Good presentation and collaboration skills as calls with business partners are happening daily; Ability to build rapport and trust with potential and existing customers; Flexible proactive and result-oriented way of working; Passion for sales and customer success; Strong learning planning and organizational skills; Confident handling of MS Office; Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce; Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
