Job Description

Setup manage & optimize campaigns on Paid Social & Display channels (LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook); Maximize the performance of Nord Security’s employer branding and business suite campaigns through close collaboration with other teams; Make sure that results are in line with KPIs ensuring we not only meet but exceed our results; Monitor competitor activities to understand the impact on our accounts and keep a pulse on the latest trends in the advertising industry; Embrace data-driven insights to make informed decisions build better strategies and share expertise on the best approaches for creatives; Develop audience strategies leveraging tools like Google Analytics LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other ad platforms; Collaborate with the creative team to help create high-performing ad assets; Maintain budgets and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within allocated spend.

Job Requirements

Strong expertise in managing Paid Social and Display channels including LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and X; Proven experience in creating and implementing complex PPC strategies; Excellent analytical and organizational skills to monitor campaign execution and ensure accuracy; The data-driven mindset with the ability to set up dashboards and use the latest analytics tools to track and optimize performance; Ability to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table; Solid background in both B2C and B2B marketing; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills; Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
