Job Description

Partner with product design and engineering professionals to build and lead the A/B testing platform; Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from initial concept to release and beyond. Guide the process from idea generation to detailed user stories continuously tracking and responding to its impact on the company's objectives. Drive the growth of the product within the organization with key stakeholders being other business product and engineering managers within the Nord Security group. Collaborate closely with analysts and the data team to ensure stakeholders have strong confidence in experiment results;

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with A/B testing platforms or analyzing experiment outcomes. Proficient in data analysis and analytical tools such as Looker Tableau Power-BI and Big Query. Hands-on experience with Google products infrastructure and Google Analytics data model. Team player inquisitive proactive and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. Self-driven and organized with a strong desire to learn. Excellent communication skills: adept at presenting ideas facilitating discussions reaching consensus and updating on progress. Ability to deliver analysis and insights clearly and effectively to the team and stakeholders.
