Job Description

Perform manual testing tasks on many different browsers. Help troubleshoot issues reported by the support team. Report prioritize and solve bugs. Suggest solutions to identified product problems. Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction. Participate in writing test plans and test cases. Escalate problems without waiting for them to be resolved on their own. Be actively involved in teamwork.

Job Requirements

1+ years of experience in a QA position. Passion for breaking things. Sharp eyes for details and the ability to see the big picture. Willingness to grow and learn new things in a QA role. Problem-solver approach. High adaptability to changes. Ability to accept feedback and make changes or improvements accordingly. Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written.
