Job Description

Proactively process inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure a swift response to customer inquiries; Engage with potential customers through different channels providing them with initial product information and assessing their needs; Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information to facilitate seamless communication and tracking; Work closely with the Account Executive team to manage their daily schedules and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads; Provide valuable feedback on leads to improve our sales strategies and enhance customer engagement; Work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment take the initiative to get things done try new approaches and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Sales Marketing Business or a related field; Strong interpersonal team-working and customer service skills; Good time management and analytical skills; Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills; Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English; Can-do attitude & a sense of humor.
