Job Description

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the engineering roadmap to support product scaling global expansion and enhanced user experience. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product marketing and business teams to align engineering initiatives with company g oals. Technical Excellence: Oversee the design development and deployment of the eSIM platform ensuring scalability security and reliability. Product Scaling: Design and implement scalable system architectures to support millions of users with high throughput and low latency. Develop frameworks for seamless integration. Infrastructure Optimization: Build and optimize cloud-based infrastructures with redundancy failover mechanisms and robust disaster recovery plans. Automation and Efficiency: Implement automated provisioning CI/CD pipelines and self-healing systems to enhance operational scalability. Security and Privacy: Scale encryption and security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations g lobally. Team Development: scale and lead a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Experience in software engineering leadership roles ideally within telecom IoT or SaaS industries. Strong technical expertise in areas such as eSIM telecommunications protocols embedded systems or mobile technologies. Deep understanding of scalability challenges and distributed system design. Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional collaboration. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
