Job Description

Designing a wide variety of creative assets including digital communication visuals print materials presentations banners key visuals for campaigns and much more for different marketing channels. Partnering with cross-functional teams—project managers stakeholders country managers designers copywriters and design leaders—to bring ideas to life. Ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards. Staying on top of design trends bringing fresh ideas to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence. Contributing to the visual and creative direction by brainstorming problem-solving and pitching new concepts. Taking ownership of projects: managing feedback balancing stakeholder needs and delivering on time.

Job Requirements

4+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies. Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop Illustrator etc.). A passion for design with an eagle eye for detail—you don’t miss a pixel. A collaborative mindset—you thrive as part of a team offering support and sharing ideas. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain and defend your design decisions. Strong communication prioritization and ownership skills. Comfort in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key. Excellent written and verbal English. Note: Don’t forget to include a diverse and extensive portfolio with your application. We want to see the full range of your creativity and expertise! What Will Make You Stand Out: Experience in working with and enhancing photographs including photo editing and compositing skills .
