Job Description

Proactive Customer Outreach: Engage with active customers through calls emails and other communication channels to explore their goals and challenges. Opportunity Identification: Analyze customer needs usage patterns and organizational goals to uncover upsell cross-sell and upgrade opportunities. Targeted Questioning: Conduct thoughtful discussions to understand customers’ current and desired outcomes aligning them with our solutions. Collaboration with Account Management: Share insights and opportunities with the Account Management team for seamless handoffs and long-term planning. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms to analyze customer data and identify trends. Process Optimization: Contribute to refining workflows and outreach strategies for maximum impact.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer success account development or inside sales roles. Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and active listening skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large customer data sets. Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools for outreach and tracking. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering value and driving growth. Experience with active sales workflows. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working with B2B clients and understanding their unique needs and workflows.
