Job Description

B2B Lifecycle strategy & execution . Design and implement email strategies to onboard retain and win back B2B organizations ensuring lifecycle flows drive seat activation and adoption; Segmentation & personalization . Develop logic-based segmentation strategies that deliver relevant messaging at scale tailored to organization size usage behavior and lifecycle stage; Performance analysis & reporting . Analyze email campaign performance identify optimization opportunities and deliver actionable insights to improve activation and retention metrics; Cross-functional collaboration . Align email strategies with sales product and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across the organization lifecycle; Strategy development. Define automation logic triggers and content strategies that align with B2B SaaS business goals and lifecycle challenges.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in email marketing preferably in a B2B SaaS environment; Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing (onboarding retention win-back) with a focus on driving adoption and engagement; Strong segmentation and audience targeting skills with hands-on experience in creating complex data-driven email workflows; Solid understanding of B2B user journeys and SaaS metrics like activation rates seat utilization and churn prevention; Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Iterable Braze HubSpot or similar tools).Analytical mindset with the ability to measure report and optimize email performance (CTR conversion activation); Strong project management and problem-solving abilities to balance strategy with execution; Great communication and stakeholder collaboration skills; Familiarity with data analysis tools (Looker Salesforce or similar).
