Job Description

As a first-line support professional at Nasdaq you will be responsible for resolving client issues using our Case Management system and various communication channels. Your role requires both autonomous problem-solving abilities and collaboration with team members to facilitate process development and documentation. The ideal candidate is someone eager for career advancement within our expanding organization demonstrating a commitment to delivering expert-level support for AxiomSL products and infrastructure on the Nasdaq Cloud Platform. This includes maintaining performance metrics and ensuring professional communication with clients while adhering to established ISO-9001 and ITIL processes. Your work will involve documenting and analyzing technical issues providing configuration guidance to customers and engineering teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our knowledge database and best practices.
