Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner at Nasdaq will play a key role within the EMEA Talent Acquisition team based in Vilnius. The P3 organization aims to build strategic partnerships with the business and oversee the entire recruitment process. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and manage the hiring cycle efficiently and qualitatively. The role requires building relationships across borders within a diverse team while improving recruitment processes as Nasdaq continues to grow. This position is centered on enhancing candidate experience contributing to global recruitment policies and supporting employer branding efforts through various projects and initiatives. Overall this role will significantly impact Nasdaq's brand and hiring strategies as the team expands.
