Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Nasdaq you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers to define talent requirements and sourcing strategies necessary for successful hiring. Your responsibilities will include developing market intelligence to build talent pipelines and creating sourcing strategies while engaging with potential candidates across various platforms. You will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment focused on building diverse talent pools to support the organization. This role also involves assessing AI opportunities for the Talent Acquisition team and working closely with other partners to align strategies with organizational needs. The internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects and participate in a vibrant intern community while learning from experienced professionals.
