Job Description

As a Senior Functional Analyst for Calypso in the Customer Success team you will be the driving force behind post-implementation support and sales. Your keen analytical skills and technical expertise will enable you to troubleshoot product issues and provide clients with effective solutions. Your role involves close collaboration with both internal development teams and external customers to address complex workflows and product enhancements. Daily tasks will include advising customers on product configurations as well as resolving issues through timely communications. The position demands a solid understanding of capital markets and the ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a client-centric focus. You will also mentor new team members and contribute to special projects that enrich your capital markets knowledge across various asset classes.
