Job Description

As a Senior Associate General Counsel at Nasdaq you will be responsible for designing and maintaining compliance programs in privacy artificial intelligence and cybersecurity while providing expert legal advice. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to assess compliance regulations and implement policies to meet evolving legal frameworks. This role requires hands-on participation in governance initiatives supporting compliance and incident responses. You will also conduct impact assessments provide guidance on privacy considerations for AI applications and engage in communications with various internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies. Your contributions will ensure that compliance solutions are effectively integrated within Nasdaq's diverse global operations making you an integral part of protecting the integrity of our services in a complex legal landscape.
