As a Regulatory Analyst at Nasdaq you will play a vital role in maintaining market integrity and protecting investors. You will analyze listing applications and conduct regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with Nasdaq’s rigorous standards. The position involves scrutinizing the backgrounds of key figures in listed companies and working closely with regulators like the SEC and FINRA. Your insights will guide companies on listing standards and you will contribute to the development of new listing rules. The role is collaborative within a team of over 200 professionals and offers opportunities for meaningful initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Vilnius with a hybrid work model promoting both home and office collaboration.
