Job Description

The Payroll Specialist role at Nasdaq involves managing payroll operations across the EMEA region. The selected candidate will process and verify monthly payroll ensuring accuracy in attendance working hours and salary adjustments. They will prepare detailed payroll reports while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. This position requires timely management of internal and external audit requests and the completion of month-end closing procedures. Maintaining relationships with payroll vendors and contributing to process improvement initiatives are essential aspects of this job. The Payroll Specialist is expected to keep meticulous attention to detail and harness strong analytical skills. Fluency in Polish and English is a requirement to communicate effectively within the organization and with stakeholders.
