Job Description

As a Legal Counsel within Nasdaq's Office of General Counsel you will engage in crucial tasks to bolster compliance programs focused on privacy marketing and data governance. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and maintenance of global privacy policies collaborating with Information Security on new processing activities and conducting onboarding and renewal privacy assessments of suppliers. You will also liaise with customer success and development teams to address privacy-related diligence requests and ensure marketing compliance. Additionally you will work on advising the Commercial Law team on privacy provisions in contracts and maintaining data protection impact assessments. This role requires a proactive approach to compliance as you monitor ongoing global laws and regulations in AI cyber and privacy addressing intricate legal matters with creativity.
