Job Description

The Risk & Regulatory Reporting function is crucial within the Treasury department at Nasdaq. In this role you will lead a team of risk professionals responsible for acting as the first line of defense in safeguarding Nasdaq’s financial assets. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily financial risk monitoring to ensure financial exposures remain within tolerance levels. You will also work to ensure that regulatory capital requirements are met for all regulated entities and coordinate compliance with regulatory reporting standards. The position requires ongoing collaboration with various stakeholders including technology and accounting teams to enhance risk management and support Nasdaq’s regulated entities. Preparing presentations for risk committees and regulators is also part of your role. It is important that you maintain excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective risk management and decision-making.
