Job Description

At Nasdaq we are seeking a Customer Support/Operations Analyst to join our Global Technology team. This role provides a significant opportunity to enhance your technical expertise while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the financial markets. You will lead the lifecycle of client-reported defects including replicating issues and providing solutions. Interaction with clients is key as you will advise them on using our Calypso products effectively. Collaboration with engineering quality assurance and product management will be crucial in enhancing product features and improving customer satisfaction. You will also manage environments to ensure efficient client support. In this position you will not only acquire valuable skills in operations support but also contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and products.
