Job Description

As a Compensation Partner at Nasdaq you will play a critical role in shaping the compensation landscape across our European offices. Your primary focus will be to implement compensation programs designed to attract and retain top talent. You will serve as the compensation expert collaborating with various stakeholders to provide insights on compensation strategies and ensure compliance with local regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills particularly in market benchmarking and compensation structure design. The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing complex global projects and working directly with HR and business leaders to align compensation practices with business objectives.
