Job Description

The dynamic user-adoption expert will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction with Nasdaq's Trade Surveillance platform. This position involves executing strategies to maximize the user experience satisfaction and utilization of the NTS service which supports the customers' trade surveillance objectives. Responsibilities include delivering tailored training managing the delivery of strategic projects and improving customer engagement through the creation of new learning content. Collaboration with various teams including Product and Marketing is essential to incorporate best practices into the customer lifecycle. The role ultimately aims to drive long-term customer loyalty and reduce churn by being an advocate for client interests and addressing their specific needs.
