The End User Adoption team at Nasdaq is dedicated to maximizing customer satisfaction and utilization of the Nasdaq Trade Surveillance platform (NTS). This role involves executing strategies to enhance user experience and driving long-term product adoption through the development of high-quality learning resources. Responsibilities include hosting live community sessions and conducting tailored one-on-one training to ensure best practices in product usage. The role also focuses on the creation of new learning content and collaboration with other teams to integrate user adoption practices across the customer lifecycle. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to navigate the customer journey effectively and improve overall utilization of Nasdaq services.
