Job Description

The Customer Success Manager role at our multicultural international aviation company requires a professional with B2B experience and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment. This position focuses on post-sales processes overseeing marketplace renewals onboarding new customers and actively engaging existing clients. You will be instrumental in fostering customer loyalty as you advocate for their needs while assisting the direct manager in various projects. Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to resolve issues and provide technical support are essential. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of customer care experience fluency in English and exceptional organizational skills. A background in the aviation industry is preferred.
