The role involves managing flight and cabin crew initial conversion recurrent and upgrading training while coordinating all aspects related to aircrew training planning production maintenance and record keeping. You will provide support for the Head of Training department and prepare update training plans schedules journals and certificates. Collaboration with third-party training organizations facilities airports and company clients is essential along with following up on training processes with relevant departments. Updating and maintaining training records in the database is critical to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and to organize training utilizing a distance learning platform. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication coordination and project management skills as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of EASA regulations is advantageous and fluency in Lithuanian and English is required alongside good organizational skills proficiency in MS Office programs and a strong team-oriented mindset.
