Join us in this role where you’ll be part of our Ignitis Renewables team developing the first offshore wind farm in Lithuania. You’ll play a key role being responsible for implementing and leading sourcing activities for one of our substations. In this role you’ll manage the tendering process lead negotiations of tier 2/3 contracts manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and optimize value. You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by: Developing maintaining and overseeing the detailed Request for Proposal process and timeline for the respective contracts including securing internal gate approvals. Managing and elaborating the entire Request for Proposal/Invitation to Tender process focusing on all ITT document management and commercial input and clarifications. Handling the complete package-related supply chain relationship and document exchange management process including the responsible management of all clarification and deviation registers. Preparing for and participating in all package-related negotiations leading or participating in all commercial negotiations in close coordination with the Contract Manager and the Work Package Manager.
