Currently we are looking for a new team member for the Channel Operations Efficiency team. In this position you will be responsible for creating and implementing the B2C Customer Data Management strategy and ensuring the effective and quality functioning of the processes you oversee. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem by: Developing shaping and implementing the customer data management strategy; Ensuring that customer data management complies with legal requirements (e.g. GDPR etc.) and business objectives; Implementing and ensuring quality control of customer data (to make sure that customer data is accurate relevant and reliable); Creating validating and maintaining data management and standardization processes; Proactively implementing new technologies solutions and tools that optimize data management; Conducting training (within the scope of the processes you oversee) in the B2C divisions; Ensuring timely communication and collaboration with other departments and organizational leaders (about the progress changes and challenges of the customer data strategy).
