We are currently looking for a new team member in the People Experience and Motivation team. In this position you will be responsible for taking care of employee experience within the Group. Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!\n\nYou will contribute to creating a green and safe energy ecosystem by: Managing assigned areas of employee experience and motivation management: managing additional benefits (flexible and general benefits); Contributing to the employee recognition program and employee experience survey; Shaping the group's policy in the managed areas: based on best people management practices and the current needs of the organization creating new solutions and improving existing ones; Ensuring the smooth implementation of changes in the managed areas analyzing results arising challenges and feedback; Organizing employee opinion surveys analyzing their data preparing communication about survey results for employees and managers; Ensuring smooth and timely communication of managed projects and activities consulting stakeholders managers and employees; Managing relationships with external providers in the managed areas: detailing needs initiating purchases ensuring proper contract execution budget management; Leading training and team sessions on managed topics.
