We are looking for a colleague to join the Finance and Investments team focusing on investment decisions in the renewable energy sector. You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:\n\n- Coordinating investment decisions and execution in the renewable energy sector\n- Leading the development of financial models to evaluate investment and M&A opportunities and supervising team members\n- Leading due diligence reviewing transaction deliverables and participating in M&A document preparation\n- Preparing and presenting investment-related materials to stakeholders and decision-makers\n- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (legal engineering procurement) and coordinating junior team deliverables\n- Leading internal approval processes and preparing board materials including presentations and memorandums\n- Monitoring portfolio investments conducting market research and providing insights on industry trends and regulatory changes.
