We are currently looking for a new team member in the Network Development Department. In this position you will be responsible for managing the Network Development Operations Management Division. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem by: responsibly organizing and managing a team focused on achieving the highest performance results; seeking innovative solutions and opportunities for improving automating and ensuring the monitoring of the Company's operational processes; ensuring the timely and agreed implementation of key projects in the Network Development Division that contribute to efficiency and improvement; actively collaborating and maintaining communication with external institutions and service providers; ensuring smooth management of stakeholder expectations and change communication within the Company; improving the customer service experience by organizing quality assessments and initiating and implementing changes; contributing to the creation planning and implementation of the Company's operational efficiency.
