We are currently looking for a new team member for our data analytics team. In this position you will be responsible for analysis related to electricity trading. Think we're a good match? You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem by: collecting verifying and reconciling necessary data for the Company's balancing area electricity transmission service; determining the amount of active and reactive electricity for the balancing area accounting period preparing daily monthly and annual reports; preparing reports on the company's production and additional services activities which include prices and quantities for each trading period (15-minute period); checking the evaluation analysis of production and service provision activities and the balancing/imbalance accounting data reconciling and submitting according to the requirements set to the transmission system operator and internal Company departments; automating data collection and reporting processes (daily weekly monthly annual) using existing and new IT systems; performing various statistical calculations using initial parameters of power plants: active power voltage reactive power capacities equipment start/stop; identifying the potential for efficient operation of power plants and opportunities to increase productivity based on available statistical data and their analysis in reports; analyzing data and reports identifying trends anomalies or deviations from standard parameters procedures or equipment operation accessibility and control; conducting environmental requirements control and data statistical analysis collecting and analyzing hydrological and water level data of the Kaunas Lagoon Nemunas inflow to the Kaunas Lagoon the lower Kaunas HPP inflow and the upper basin of the Kruonis HPP linking them to the operation of hydropower plants in electricity production and providing additional services; executing the reconciliation procedures for balancing/imbalance energy with the transmission system operator which include all necessary accounting reporting adjustment and approval procedures after the daily trading period; creating IT and analytical tools for data acquisition analysis process optimization monitoring and automation; preparing various non-standard analyses.
