Currently we are looking for a new team member for the data analytics team. In this position you will be responsible for analysis related to electricity trading. Do you think we're on the same page? You will contribute to creating a green and safe energy ecosystem by: conducting necessary data collection verification and reconciliation with the transmission system operator for the Company’s balancing area electricity transfer service; determining the active and reactive power quantities for the balancing area for the accounting period preparing daily monthly and annual reports; preparing reports on the company’s production and additional service provision results which include prices and quantities for each trading period (15-minute periods); checking the evaluation analysis of production and service provision activity along with balancing/disbalancing accounting data reconciling and presenting according to the requirements set by the transmission system operator and internal Company divisions; automating data collection and report preparation (daily weekly monthly yearly) processes using existing and new IT systems; conducting various statistical calculations using primary electricity plant parameters: active power voltage reactive power capacities starting/stopping of facilities; determining the potential for efficient operation of electricity plants and opportunities to increase productivity based on available factual statistical data and their analysis; analyzing data and reports to identify trends anomalies or deviations from standard parameters procedures or equipment availability and management; conducting environmental compliance control and statistical data analysis collecting and analyzing hydrological and water level data for Kaunas Lagoon the Nemunas tributary (flow) into Kaunas Lagoon the lower Kaunas HE flow and the upper basin of Kruonis HPP relating them to hydroelectric plants' operations in generating electricity and providing additional services; carrying out balancing/disbalancing energy settlement procedures with the transmission system operator involving all necessary balancing/disbalancing data accounting report submission and adjustment and validation processes after the daily trading period; creating IT and analytical tools for data acquisition analysis process optimization monitoring and automation; preparing various non-standard analyses.
