Currently we are looking for a new team member for the procurement law team. In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the development of public procurement law practice at Ignitis Group". Do you think we're on the same path? You will contribute to building a green and safe energy ecosystem by: Consulting on unconventional applications of public procurement regulations and legislative issues; Seeking unconventional legal solutions on various practical public procurement matters; Participating in the execution of public procurement procedures including project purchases; Directly engaging in negotiations with potential and existing suppliers ensuring business and legal risk management; Preparing and finalizing procurement agreements (of any nature) and related documentation other documents; Collaborating with legal and other field advisors regulatory authorities project teams management and other stakeholders on legal matters."
